Storage Tips
Remove greens and store roots in sealed plastic bag for up to a month for spring carrots and up to three months for fall carrots. Eat greens promptly.
Culinary Tips
Turn greens into pesto (see recipe below) or use as garnish in place of parsley.
Shred into salads, roast, or slice into long sticks for snacks! Add to the base of any soup with celery and onions to create the most delicious base.
