 Storage Tips

  • Remove fronds from bulb and store separately. Fronds can be used in place of her garnish or tossed into salads.

  • Bulb can be stored in plastic bag in the crisper drawer for several weeks. Consume fronds within 5 days.

Culinary Tips

  • Thinly slice or shave fennel bulb raw into salads, and mince the green fronds for an herby flavor. Pairs well with lemon and something sweet like apples.

  • Roast until tender and caramelized for the most delicious and complex savory flavor

  • Remove outer most parts of the bulb which can be tough
