Store in plastic bag or sealed container in refrigerator. The hon tsai tai should be consumed quickly after harvest for best quality, ideally within three days.
Culinary Tips
Best stir-fried with garlic and sesame oil and salt! Make sure to take care to not overcook hon tsai tai as the leaves are very tender.
Cook until the color is a bright, vivid green and the stalks can be pierced by a fork but still have a good crunch.
