 Storage Tips

  • Honeynut squash can be stored for most of the winter in the right conditions. Stored best in 50-60 degree temperature, which does not drastically fluctuate. Make sure the squash has really good airflow around it and the humidity is low. Do not store in direct sunlight.

Culinary Tips

  • Honeynut squashes are similar to butternut but with a lot more flavor and sweetness. Often you can use honeynut in place of butternut in recipes.
