  • Store Mizuna in a sealed plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Culinary Tips

  • Mizuna is a peppery and sweet mustard green, with a wonderful frilly texture to the leaves and a crisp and mildly sweet stalk. Can be eaten raw or cooked.

  • Pairs well with lemon to cut the spiciness of the greens.

  • Mizuna is really good at soaking up the flavors or sauces or dressings because of how much surface area it has, which makes it an excellent choice for salads.
