 Storage Tips

• Remove from carton. Store in a sealed plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Do not wash or string before storing.

Culinary Tips

• Be sure to string your peas before consuming! With your fingernail, break off the pointy end of the pea, and pull the “string” along the length of the pea until it is fully removed.

• We love blanched peas—bring water to a boil and blanch the stringed peas for about 1.5-2 minutes. Remove from boiling water and submerge in an ice bath to stop the cooking. We love to coat the peas in toasted sesame oil and coarse sea salt for the most delicious snack.
