 Storage Tips

  • Remove greens promptly or your radishes will go soft (the greens are delicious sautéed!) and store radish roots in sealed plastic bag with some moisture. Wash before consuming.

  • Consume greens immediately, radish roots can store up to one week.

  • Thinly slice radishes and toss into salads for a crunchy and spicy addition

  • Throw chopped radish greens into scrambles and frittatas
