 Storage Tips

  • Store in a sealed plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.

Culinary Tips

  • To cook, keep peppers whole (including stems) and toss in oil and salt. Blister all sides on a hot cast iron pan or skewer and grill until blistered on all sides. Do not overcook until mushy, the pepper should maintain a little bit of bite. Adjust seasoning if necessary and eat pepper by grabbing the stems and eating as finger food. Dip into a spicy aioli for added kick.
