Storage Tips
Fill small jar with an inch of water. Take rubber bands off of shiso bunch and put shiso stems into water. Cover greens loosely with a small plastic bag and store in refrigerator, replacing water daily.
Culinary Tips
Shiso is in the mint family, so if a recipe calls for mint, try replacing it with shiso for a more complex flavor
Fabulous addition to cocktails, finely cut on salads, mixed into salad dressings, or on top of any cooked vegetable dish. Try mixing it into cooked rice to add more flavor.
