Dates for the 2025 Edible Uprising CSA Share
Start Dates: Wednesday, May 28th & Saturday, May 31st
End Dates: Wednesday, September 24th & Saturday, September 27th
Pickup/delivery times
Wednesdays 4-7 and Saturdays 10-1

Week 1: Butter lettuce, baby bok choy, green garlic, arugula, radishes, candy turnips, spinach and cilantro
Week 2: Baby kale, garlic scapes, carrots, romaine, swiss chard, fresh herbs, Asian cooking greens
Week 3: Sugar snap peas, lacinato kale, scallions, cabbage, dill, lettuce mix, strawberries
Weeks 4 - 18: Heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, carrots, beets, zucchini, snap peas, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, lettuce, basil, eggplants, sweet peppers, leeks, melons, celery, herbs, potatoes, salad greens & so much more
